IT/AI Automation Specialist

The role

We are looking for a hands-on AI / IT Automation Engineer who can turn operational challenges into practical systems and automations.

You will build integrations, workflows, dashboards, AI solutions, and internal tools across the company. The goal is simple: reduce manual work, improve visibility, increase accountability, and help the team execute faster.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just identify what could be improved, but actually builds the solution.

What you will do

AI & Automation

You will build AI-powered automations and workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, GPTs, APIs, Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.

Your work will include:

• Building AI agents and internal AI workflows

• Automating repetitive company processes

• Connecting different systems through APIs

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI

Monday.com & Operations

Monday.com is an important part of our internal operating system. You will help structure and continuously improve how we use it across departments.

This includes:

• Building workflows and automations between departments

• Creating dashboards and reporting systems

• Improving project management and accountability

• Building automated reminders, notifications, and escalation systems

Meetings & Communication

A key goal is to reduce the manual work that comes from meetings and communication.

You will help build systems that:

• Turn meetings and transcripts into structured tasks

• Connect Fireflies, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Outlook

• Automate follow-ups and reminders

• Ensure important actions don't get lost

CRM & Internal Systems

You will also work on our CRM and internal systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL).

This includes improving pipelines, automating lead routing, connecting systems, improving internal communication, and creating better data flows across the company.

AI Infrastructure

Over time, you will help build scalable internal infrastructure such as:

• AI assistants

• CEO and management dashboards

• Automated reporting

• Operational visibility systems

• Project tracking

• Document and information workflows

You don't need to know every tool already. What matters most is that you understand systems, integrations, APIs, automation, and how to learn and implement new tools quickly.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools

• Experience with APIs and integrations

• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations

• Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms

• Strong logical and structured thinking

• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good English communication

• Fast execution and a hands-on mindset

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Big Plus

• Experience building AI agents

• CRM automation experience

• Experience with dashboards and reporting systems

• Experience building Slack bots or internal tools

• WhatsApp/API integration experience

• Prompt engineering experience

• Experience in real estate, investment, or sales organizations
  

Who This Role Is NOT For

This is not a traditional IT support role.

We are not looking for someone who:

• Mainly manages tickets or device support

• Needs constant supervision

• Prefers a slow corporate environment

• Focuses purely on development without understanding business operations

We are looking for someone who naturally thinks:

“How can we automate this?”

rather than:

“How do I manually solve this?”

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, we expect you to have made a visible impact.

For example:

• Meetings automatically becoming structured tasks in Monday

• Clear dashboards and reporting for management

• Significant reduction in repetitive manual work

• More structured internal communication

• Automated follow-ups and reminders

• Better integration between our existing systems

• AI workflows actively used by the team

The exact priorities will depend on the biggest opportunities you identify once you join.

Working Structure

• Full-time preferred

• Remote possible

• Bali-based is a plus

• Strong freelancers and part-time specialists are also welcome

• Long-term collaboration preferred

You will work directly with the founder and management team, giving you a high level of ownership and the opportunity to shape how the company operates.
