Appointment Setter/Sales Talent
About the job
A key part of our sales strategy is the active sale of off-plan real estate projects (luxury villas and apartments) in Bali. To support our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who genuinely enjoys calling, following up, and converting warm leads into high-quality sales appointments.
This role is all about calling. Success comes to those who are consistent, persistent, and confident on the phone.
What you will do
Follow up on warm inbound leads who have submitted an inquiry
Take over after our automated WhatsApp/email sequences
Call leads multiple times until contact is made
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
Accurately log all activities and outcomes in the CRM

Off-plan real estate projects
High-end villas and apartments in Bali
Targeted at investors and private buyers
The role is call-focused, not chat-based. Success comes from consistent calling and follow-up.
About you
Minimum 1 year experience in phone-based appointment setting or sales support
Proven track record with measurable results (calls made, appointments booked, conversions)
Comfortable with high call volume and persistent follow-up
Confident, commercially strong, and professional on the phone
Independent, reliable, and results-driven
Experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales is a strong plus
